The purchase of photographs, text or other material does not carry with it the right to make a reproduction of it in any form without the prior written consent of ArkeoDok or the relevant copyright holder. The material supplied is © ArkeoDok unless otherwise stated. Use will be restricted to the purpose stated on the application.
Assigment
The licence is restricted to the Licensee named on the purchase invoice and cannot be transferred, or sub-licensed without the prior written permission of ArkeoDok.
Breach
Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this permission will be construed as a material breach of these terms an conditions and will result in the immediate termination of the licence. In such circumstances any reproduction or missues of the information will be treated by ArkeoDok as infringement of copyright and breach odd contract. The outcome of this may be a ban on the future supply of information to the licensee.
Dispatch
No item will be dispateched until payment has been received by ArkeoDok. Despatch will take place normally within three working days of receipt of payment. ArkeoDok does not accept responsibility for non-delivery or delays incurred in receipt of the order where delivery is via a third party. ArkeoDok will not accept liability for damage caused in transit. The photos will be delivered in high resolution on a CD-R.
The following information must be legibly published together with the reproductions:
- Copyright of photograph ©ArkeoDok unless otherwise stated
- Partial use of photograph must be stated
- Type of object, if only a detail is published, must be stated
- Provenance or geographical region in which the object originates
